Today I inaugurate a small space dedicated to the creations  "Manuche - Postcards from...", where each one will be presented and will have his glory moment!
I decided to start with notebooks because, despite the first-borns were the postcards, have started the real production with them.
The birth of the first book happened by chance! In Barcelona it was raining very much and I was alone at home because my boyfriend was traveling for work. Basically, I was very bored!
A few days before we had taken a mini tour to the highest point of Barcelona,  the Tibidabo, where there is one of the oldest fun parks in Europe. The hill was still full of snow, and despite the unfavorable light, I took some photos, including this....

When I saw this, in a flash, I imagined the photo printed on a different paper. I took a overplus of  recycled paper and I printed the photo above this. The card on which I had printed the photo immediately took the form of a notebook that reminded me the school notebooks of the Sixties and Seventies.
This was the result!

I instantly fell in love with him. I have studied the object and I have refined the technique, and I created 3 Notebooks, totally handmade,  where each photo was accompanied by a phrase written with characters inspired by a 1942's typewrite.
About the three photos, two of theme were taken in Barcelona and one in Paris. In fact, the project behind the Notebooks, is  to give a different appearance to the postcard that everyone could take home after trips, convert it in a mini notebook that you can carry in your pocket!
